Tasting Note: Fresh, floral and delicate. On the nose, bright red berries and citrusy notes—wild strawberry, red currant and a twist of mandarin—woven with rose petal, crushed herbs and wet stone. On the palate, creamy yet exuberant bubbles carry crunchy little red fruits, delicate orchard florals and a whisper of black pepper. The finish is bone-dry, light and utterly moreish—like fresh juice with just enough rustic edge to keep things exciting.

Vibe: A charming and playful “pet-nat” red for absolutely any occasion—lazy afternoons in the sun, spontaneous picnics or weekend brunches.
