Tasting Note: The nose reveals crunchy black fruits notes woven with violet petals, damp earth and spicy accents of black pepper and clove, plus a touch of toasted chicory and leather. On the palate, dark-fruit flavors give way to gentle licorice bitterness and a refreshing saline lift. The tannins melt after a few hours of aeration. Pepper-spiced mineral finish.
We recommend to let it breathe for 3 to 4h.
