Tasting Note: On the nose, aromatic bouquet of wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, cherry stone, violet and subtle hints of fresh thyme and cracked pepper. The palate is medium to full bodied and vivid. Juicy red-berry core balanced by saline freshness; supple, chalk-dust tannins lead to a spicy, pepper-flecked finish that lingers on notes of licorice and garrigue. 

Vibe: This versatile wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, roasted vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes. An excellent choice for casual sipping.
