ROUND & CONCENTRATED

Complex aromas of ripe plums underlined by notes of cocoa, liquorice and spices. On the palate, the wine is round, silky, concentrated, rich, juicy and reveals a finish with very supple tannins with notes of apricot and violet candy.

Tip : To be decanted and enjoyed at room temperature. Best enjoyed on rich and spicy dishes or strong cheeses, dishes with powerful tastes and intense flavours.

  • Vinification : Hand plunging and delestage, followed by a long maceration (between 5 and 6 weeks) with natural yeasts. Maturation in concrete tanks with micro-oxidation.
