Lively and fruity. Delicate but rich and powerful wine reinforced by aromas of pink grapefruit and peony. Rich, powerful, warm and juicy, lots of amplitude in the mouth, notes of ripe pears supported by a long finish on delicates touches of white pepper.

Tip : Perfect on oysters ! Pairing with monkfish in cream sauce.
