JUICY & ELEGANT

Tasting Note: On the nose, a bouquet of fresh peony petals, wild cherries and pomegranate seeds, with a hint of red-berry compote. The palate is medium-bodied and lively, delivering pure Gamay fruit - ripe cherry, raspberry and cranberry - framed by fine, powdery tannins. A thread of salinity and a chalky mineral underpinning lift the finish, which lingers on a bright, crunchy red-fruit note. 
Don't hesitate to let it breathe at least 1h.
