Tasting Note: On the nose, an enticing bouquet of wild blackberry, Morello cherry and fig, woven with subtle violet petal, cracked black pepper, licorice and a hint of menthol. The palate is medium-bodied and dry-textured, with layers of dark-fruit purity framed by fine, powdery tannins. Crushed granite minerality and a cool, peppery finish carry through in perfect tension.
