RICH & COMPLEX

The nose expresses autumn fruits (apple, pear, quince), walnuts, calvados and vegetal notes complemented by brioche, warm spices (cinnamon, anise, clove) and honeyed notes. The palate is full, rich, complex, with a beautiful length. Salivating finish.

Tip : To drink fresh but not too cold. Pairing with monkfish in cream sauce.
