RICH & COMPLEX

The nose expresses autumn fruits (apple, pear, quince), walnuts, calvados and vegetal notes complemented by brioche, warm spices (cinnamon, anise, clove) and honeyed notes. After a wonderful frank attack, the palate is full, rich, complex, moderate beautiful length. Salivating finish.

Tip : To drink fresh but not too cold. Pairing with monkfish in cream sauce.
