Vibe: A “concentrated” wine focused on dark fruit. It’s the ideal bottle for a proper dinner and quality time at the table: one of those conversations that goes on and on. But it also works on its own when you want a red wine with structure that doesn’t feel heavy.
Tasting Note: The nose is subtle yet intense: ripe cassis, blackberry and black cherry. Then come floral notes of violet and peony, followed by pepper and a faint smoky/graphite touch. The palate is clean and straight, driven by freshness; the fruit stays ripe without ever turning jammy, and the tannins are fine and silky, tightening the frame through a long, mouthwatering finish that brings back cassis, gentle spice, and a certain minerality.
Curated by velvet (why we picked it) : At Domaine Lambert, farming is organic and biodynamic; the grapes are hand-harvested and hand-sorted. Long maceration, fermentation with native yeasts and patient aging in large wooden vats build texture. No fining, no filtration. We like wines that tell you where they come from. And this one does.
