ELEGANT & TEXTURED

Tasting Note: On the nose, intensely ripe - and at times overripe - yellow fruit aromas mingle with dried apricot, green plum skins and raisin. The palate delivers powerful, broad texture: chewy tannins from six months of skin contact in clay amphorae wrap around layers of stone-fruit richness. A warming finish of figs, dates and candied peel lingers long on the palate.

Vibe: An adventurous “orange wine”. It’s perfect for curious wine lovers seeking depth and texture rather than simply freshness - an ideal match for richly flavored cuisine.
