The South-West draws its strength from the multitude of cultures and terroirs that it embraces. Between Bordeaux and Languedoc, Atlantic and Mediterranean, Pyrenees and Massif central. The new generation of winegrowers who make organic, biodynamic or natural wine has done a lot of good in the South West region. Many of them have brought back the forgotten indigenous grape varieties.
