INTENSE & VELVETY

On the nose, captivating and intense bouquet of black fruits (blackberry confit, ripe cassis), violet, rose, liquorice and smoked graphite. The palate is all in tension with bold red and black fruit flavors, layered with warm spice notes (clove, nutmeg) and a subtle leather nuance. Fine, silky tannins carry through to a long, precise finish laced with black pepper and forest undergrowth.
This wine benefits from being decanted into a carafe. 

Vibe: A true “spell” from Saint-Chinian, this biodynamic blend marries intensity an elegance. It’s a wine of great depth and freshness.
