Tasting Note: A fragrant nose of ripe pear, white peach and lemon zest mingles with acacia blossom, fennel frond, hints of thyme, macadamia nut.. The palate is medium-bodied yet fresh: juicy stone-fruit and roasted hazelnut aromas wrapped in a silky texture, energized by notes of citrus pith. A long, mouth-watering finish lingers on salty minerality and garrigue herbs.

Vibe: Montmajou is rich enough for cooler evenings, fresh enough for sunny terraces. Open it for laid-back dinners where seafood meets Mediterranean spices or simply sip it on its own while the sun goes down.
