The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery receipt contacting velvet by phone/whatsapp +852 4610 1241 or by email hello@velvet-wines.com. Beyond 24 hours, refunds are at the discretion of the company.
