Tasting Note: On the nose, gently spring-flower aromas of hawthorn and honeysuckle unfolds, framed by a delicate toast of roasted hazelnut. The palate is supple and precise, offering fine lemon-zest brightness alongside hints of green apple and white peach. A thread of saline minerality and crisp acidity gives way to a long, refined finish.

Vibe: An elegant Mâcon-Cruzille Chardonnay. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with refined seafood dishes.
