Tasting Note: On the nose a fresh bouquet of wild strawberries and redcurrants intertwined with a prominent spice profile: the distinctive black pepper signature of Pineau d'Aunis, and bright white pepper nuances. On the palate, the wine is light and lively: crunchy red berries framed by silken tannins and a subtle hint of redcurrant. Silky texture glide seamlessly to a clean, refreshing finish, inviting another sip.
