Tasting Note: The nose unfolds with a beautifully complex aromatic profile - ripe plums, blackcurrant, and crushed red berries alongside violet aromas, all gently anchored by dark cocoa and warm baking spices (clove, nutmeg). On the palate, the wine is round and concentrated, offering a velvety wave of juicy black-fruit richness framed by silky, smooth tannins. Layers of blackberry and cassis mingle with hints of apricot and violet candy, culminating in a finish that lingers with remarkable persistence. 
To be decanted and enjoyed at room temperature.

Vibe: A voluptuous Loire Malbec that balances power and finesse - perfect for those who love a rich, fruit-driven red with spice-box complexity. Best enjoyed on dishes with powerful tastes and intense flavours or strong cheeses.

  • Vinification : Pigeage and délestage long vatting (6 weeks) after sorting on conveyor belts and destemming. No exogenous yeasts.
